The Yancy Crew Neck Top by Velvet is part of Velvet's slinky rayon collection and is an upscale version of the classic crewneck tee.  The top has short sleeves, a crewneck and a seam down the center in back.  It is a semi sheer rayon blouse so it is dressier than your standard cotton tee.  It also has a long length hitting just below the hips.  Available in Navy blue.  Fabric is 100% Rayon.  Dry clean only.  Made in USA.
